Quilt - showcasing Children's artwork

This quilt has been in the works for several months now. I love to make memory quilts and specialty quilts.

I met with the directors of the YMCA to discuss the design, etc.
Then fabric squares were provided so that their students could get to work on the the artwork. WOW...they sure did a beautiful job. I think we see some future artists in these works.
We decided that black/white fabrics would work best around each piece of student art, as to showcase the beautiful colors. And also a black/white fabric for the back as well.
The finished product is 52" x 62"

The photograph was taken outside, the colors are even more vivid in "real person".

Hope they like it as much I do.

Hello Teresa,
I see that you have been hard at work creating beautiful projects. That quilt is fantastic. Miss seeing you at the crops. I plan to pickup cropping again in the summer with Hilltop.
Smiles, Paula
